Birnbach Watch - Part II
As an addendum to yesterday’s post on Lisa Birnbach’s Verdura watch, I did a little searching on the brand and came across a photo of Princess Diana wearing a Verdura bracelet. Not only is Verdura a favorite of our Queen of Prep, it's been worn by royalty.

C'mon...you deserve one...make JCW pony up the bucks.
sigh. I don't see myself ever having one either! They are really cool though....
I went to look it up and it was priced "by request"... a sign that surely it is out of my budget!

Beautiful watch! I once read "You can have every thing, but you can't have everything" - but then I really wonder - would I put all my energy into getting that one item? Of course it's beautiful - as are Jaguars, Dior dresses and, and, and - it's (almost :-) never the one item one longs for, but the mass of it that makes it difficult to get it! Britta
