But, as we head into one of the busiest times of year with the start of a new school year, fall sports, new commitments and money flowing out of your palm like water, it's always good to remember to "get your calm on." That's right. Find your inner peace. Your happy place. Take a deep breath and say, "I can do this." And be thankful that you can, in fact, do this. It can be hard, believe me. But, I'm trying to have a more positive outlook and one can't do this unless there's a certain level of inner-peace. It's just not possible.
As we say each week in church, "Peace be with you." I hope you encounter some moments of peace and calm this week.

peace may be the most under-rated of all
gifts.
Thanks....we all need to remember this..
Think that's so true. If you can't find that a certain peace in your everyday life, no amount of retreats will do it.
You hit it spot on with this one. I was in panic mode today when I went into my classroom and was faced with all that needs to be done before the big day ... deep breath!
Thanks for the reminder ~
