If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times to my kids: "Don't jump off the furniture!" This applies more to my daredevil two-year-old son, who likes to climb, jump and generally scale anything he can find.
Well, in the craziness of last night, getting ready for dinner and preparing for a visit from my father-in-law, Little Man decided to take a swan dive off a club chair, lost his footing and then slammed into the cabinet door of the entertainment center. A gash to the head later, Little Man and Hubby were headed to the emergency room. Luckily, it didn't require stitches, only the glue application. But, it was a big scare to us all. Miss E. kept asking if he was going to get a shot, because that's all she associates doctors with anymore and was worried for her little brother.
And, of course, today is picture day at daycare so he's sporting a nice bandage above his left eye. Oh, well, at least he's in one piece.

Glad to hear he is okay!
The same thing happened to us when my 8 year old was 2. Ugh, what a mess head wounds make too! Love the surgical glue. Christopher has had it twice so far ;)
Hope your little guy is OK!
