We’re having our dark cabinets painted white in the coming weeks and I’m really looking forward to it. I think it will do a lot to brighten up the space. While I tend to be pretty traditional when it comes to décor, such as a white kitchen, I just loved the Charleston kitchen that My Notting Hill featured on her blog. (Hope it's okay that I borrowed this pic - couldn't resist!)Gorgeous! what a fab thing to do in spring- a kitchen spruce-up! there is just nothing like a white kitchen, is there? so calm and orderly and in control and most-importantly, inviting :) LOVE this kitchen too!

We {my husband} painted ours a few months ago and I love them! It was a process with several steps but so worth it. I was a little nervous at first and now I'm so glad we did it.
